HPT supplies a full range of both water and gas Atomization Systems to produce powders with diameters as small as 40 micron. Our range of Atomization Systems are suitable for processing from 100g up to in excess of a hundred kilograms at a time.

Water Atomization is well suited for producing fine particles with irregular shapes, which is ideal for refining applications, as the surface area for reaction with the refining chemicals is significantly increased.  

Our Atomization Systems are fully automated ensuring the safety of the operator and equipment; and ensuring consistent results are achieved. The centralized control system with easy to use user interface, allows the operator to focus on the process rather the equipment.

Our solutions are customized to your specific requirements, with various configuration options available including melting and atomizing in an inert environment.
