Static Melting Furnaces

HPT’s SM Series furnaces are compact, easy to use and affordable static induction solutions for melting gold, silver, copper and brass. HPT’s efficient Induction Power Supplies ensures fast melting times and thorough mixing of the metal to produce a homogenous alloy. These versatile systems are ideal for small mining operations, melting down old jewellery, small castings and processing scrap generated in production. The operator would melt the metal in the crucible and once molten manually lift the crucible out and pour the molten metal into the mould.
